My name is Ricky Vieyra, and I spent 15 years within the Starbucks organization, moving from the front lines of retail to a leadership role where I consulted for some of the biggest names in the industry—including Albertsons, Kroger/Ralphs, and Target. My time there taught me that a brand’s success isn't just about an iconic logo or a single social media post; it’s about operational discipline and a clear, consistent strategy. I founded RV3 Collective to bring that high-level perspective to the entrepreneurs and small business owners in my Orange County community and beyond.
