1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at www.rv3collective.com (the "Site"), operated by RV3 Collective ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Agreement & Separation of Client Contracts
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site as a visitor, browser, prospective client, or purchaser of digital products on the Site.

  • Inquiries & Scorecards: Submitting an inquiry, intake form, or requesting the RV3 Social Scorecard™ ("Free Vibe Check") does not create a formal agency-client relationship or binding service contract.

  • Custom Agency Services: Formal social media management, content capture, and strategy services (including our Essential, Growth, and Legacy service tiers) are strictly governed by separate, mutually executed Master Services Agreements or Client Contracts ("Formal Agreements"). In the event of a conflict between these Site Terms and a signed Client Contract, the terms of the signed Client Contract shall govern.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its underlying source code, software, design, text, audio, video, graphics, brand marks, logos, taglines (including "Your Social Growth Dept." and "RV3 Social Scorecard™"), digital resources (including the "RV3 Social Growth Blueprint™"), and overall site "look and feel" (collectively, the "Content") are owned and controlled by RV3 Collective and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

  • Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site solely for personal, non-commercial, or prospective business evaluation purposes.

  • Prohibited Use: No part of the Site, Content, digital workbooks, or portfolio assets may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without written permission by RV3 Collective.

4. Digital Products & Purchases
When purchasing or downloading digital products, blueprints, guides, or templates directly through the Site:

  • License Grant: You receive an individual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or white-label any portion of our digital resources.

  • Payment Processing: All purchases are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the immediate access and non-returnable nature of downloadable digital assets (including the RV3 Social Growth Blueprint™), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once delivered, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

5. Prohibited Activities & Website Conduct
You agree not to engage in any improper, unlawful, or unauthorized use of the Site, including but not limited to:

  • System Interference: Disruption or interference with security features, payment processing, servers, or networks connected to the Site.

  • Automated Data Extraction: Systematic retrieval of data, content, or visuals (via scraping, spiders, or automated bots) to compile a database, directory, or competing service.

  • Form Abuse & Impersonation: Submitting false information, spam, or misleading inquiry data through our online contact, intake, or scorecard forms.

6. User Submissions & Inquiries
Any information, messages, or materials submitted to RV3 Collective through Site intake forms, contact forms, or email links are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an inquiry or form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and current.

7. Disclaimers & No Guarantees

  • Site Provided "As Is": The Site and all materials, blueprints, scorecards, and tools published on it are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • Informational Purpose Only: Strategy resources, scorecards, and digital materials are provided for informational and educational purposes. Social media algorithms, organic reach, and digital marketing outcomes vary depending on industry, effort, and audience execution. Nothing on this Site or within our digital blueprints guarantees specific follower growth or financial revenue.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RV3 Collective, its founder, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages—including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption—arising from or connected to your use of or inability to use the Site or digital products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site may contain links to external third-party websites, tools, or embedded social platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and/or scheduling tools). RV3 Collective does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party platforms. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

11. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

RV3 Collective respects the intellectual property rights of others.
